F4 Customs motorcycle windshields are manufactured from high optical polycarbonate (Lexan). The base material is UV stabilized to help prevent drying and becoming brittle over time ensuring that our windshields retain the impact resistance that they have when they leave our manufacturing facility. Our coatings are what gives F4 windshields the best rain shedding, scratch resistance, and chemical resistance. Our patented forming process that we use leaves our shields with an optical clarity that is unmatched.
